Drips and Leaks

We are Fast and Affordable

We have all had plumbing issues, a faucet is dripping or maybe a tub spout. These are pretty straight forward, it's leaking and needs to be taken apart and repaired. Usually pretty easy, but what about those more dificult jobs? Having the right tools and the right parts always helps. We normally have both, saving you the time and aggravation of going to the "Big Box" stores. Wouldn't you rather be spending that time with your friends or family? It's better than spending it working on the plumbing, finding out they gave you the wrong part, again. You get angry, throw the wrench which then hits and shatters the toilet, causing an amazingly large amount of water to go all over the floor and into the hallway carpet. See you can avoid all the aggravation, stay happy and save all that extra time and money just by calling us. (714) 964-3519

Now that we saved your toilet, let's see if we can save you some more money.

What about those plumbing leaks you can't see?

Are you hearing your toilet flush all by itself every once in a while or more often?

Chances are it is jsut the flapper in the tank, that black or red thing that moves up and down when you move the handle. If you replace the flapper and it is still flushing itself, you may want to call us as the tank will have to be removed to replace the entire flush valve.

Do you hear water running but you can't see any signs of water anywhere?

First turn off the water to your toilets and see if that stops it. If it does, then of course the problem is in your toilet. Probably just a water hieght adjustment or a new fill valve or toilet flapper. No? What about the yard sprinklers, hoses or the washing machines running? Still No? At this point it is time to call in a professional plumber. More than likely it is a slab leak. We have some very sophisticated listening devices that we use for leak detection. We can normally locate a slab leak within inches. Then it's just a matter of figuring out what the best way to repair it. For more info please see slab leak repairs or reroutes.
